Outlines and Teacher Guidelines
BEFORE YOU PREPARE YOUR OUTLINES, PLEASE CAREFULLY READ:
- the text set out below;
- the Teacher Guidelines that are linked above; and
- the Teacher Criteria Page of this website.
Outlines are a step-by-step daily schedule of your class flow, DO NOT include the items from the index of your Manual. Use the Teacher Guidelines as a checklist and ensure every item listed as a “minimal standard” is an item included in your Outlines for all Levels.
Extra content: Teaching other symbols, tools, and information above and beyond the minimal standards in your classes is acceptable and encouraged; provided they are directly related to Reiki. No outside modalities (yoga, massage to name a few) should form part of your Reiki classes. If you teach extras the time spent teaching extras must fall outside the required hours for each level.
Scope: Complete an Outline for every Level you are attuned to, even if you do not plan to teach all Levels.
NOTE:
If you were attuned to 3 Levels of Reiki you will have 3 Outlines (Level One, Level Two and Master Teacher Level).
If you were attuned to 4 Levels of Reiki or you teach the Wm. Rand Advanced Reiki Training (Reiki Master Pracitioner) format, you will have 4 Outlines (Level One, Level Two, Level 3 Reiki Master Practitioner and Level 4 Master Teacher Level).
Sign each page of the Guidelines and return them with your application. Read and include the Additional Comments at the end of the Teacher Guidelines and include all that is mentioned in the Additional Comments in your Outlines.
