To avoid delay, ensure that you meet the criteria and that the following documents are returned with your application:
- Photo copies of all your Reiki Certificates
- SIGNED Scope of Practice Form, Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics, Disciplinary Action Policy
- Completed Signed Statement by a C.R.A. Registered Teacher
PLEASE NOTE: If you are paying by cheque, you MUST make the cheque out to the Canadian Reiki Association (NOT the CRA). The bank will not cash the cheque otherwise.
