To avoid delay, ensure that you meet the Practitioner Membership Criteria (including waiting for 6 months from the date you receive your Level I Certificate before applying) and that the following documents are returned with your application:
- Copies of all your Reiki Certificates which must ALL be the same style of Reiki include your Certificates as 1 PDF
- a PDF with SIGNED copies of the Disciplinary Action, Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics and Scope of Practice
- a PDF with your 12 Completed Case Study Forms (you may use CEUs see criteria)
- (DO NOT EMAIL these documents to CRA, provide them in this Application). If you have any issues please contact CRA at Reiki@reiki.ca
PLEASE NOTE:
The Board of Directors has permanently reduced the case study requirement from 24 hours to 12. The 12 one-hour sessions must be done in person, with an adult, and you must use a minimum of two separate clients. The number of sessions with each client is at your discretion.
If you are paying by cheque, you MUST make the cheque out to the Canadian Reiki Association (NOT the CRA). The bank will not cash the cheque otherwise.
