To avoid delay, ensure that you meet the criteria and that the following documents are returned with your application:

• Original Class Outlines
• Copies of all your Reiki Certificates
• SIGNED mandatory forms – Combined Teacher Forms – English – 2019
• Completed Case Study Forms

Documents can be emailed as attachments to reiki@reiki.ca

PLEASE NOTE:  If you are paying by cheque, you MUST make the cheque out to the Canadian Reiki Association (NOT the CRA).  The bank will not cash the cheque otherwise.
